General Singh Is King: A Incomplete/mischevious Slogan Without Worker

Dear Brothers

SSAKAL

I think this slogan is incomplete and mischevious.

Kings are never born today's world. They in 2006 represent the dreams and goals of their people.

Singh is not only a king but also proud to be a worker in what ever capacity.

It is a great pride that they have been building many nations across the planet.

It is unfortunate that in there own mother country India they are ashamed to do the hard work like building roads , bridges , dams ,writing soft ware programmes. They seem to be contended in making money out of other people hard work by trrading their work,.

They have built a false pride of below there dignity kind of work.

Our Guru's says their is nothing more truthful than eating out of ones own hard work.

So let us rephrase the slogan of Singh is King by our Gurus inspiration words of " Ap he guru ap he chala ". And let us rewrite the slogan as " Singh is King and a worker to "

Dear Brother Administrator'

SSAKAL

By marking the thread Sticky , I guess I have not been able to convey my thoughts to you and the sevadars in general.

At no point did I suggest that i was against " Pursuit of excellence "

It is a hard lesson of 1947 . My great grand father was a very rich man in todays Pakistan. He was the king distributing wealth among the poor mostly Muslim workers . He was loved and respected as story went .then suddenly one fine day we were told that we were in minority and needed to get out of a place where nature had done its evolved us for million of years.

The Muslims had actually gone encroaching upon all the jobs telling us that they were menial and below our dignity and should not be done by us . We were conned.

This is what our Guru ji had exactly warned us from not to make fun of any living made out of ones own toil.

So this is the reason that I say there can be no King without its own subject . Singh is a king where ever he / his thoughts / value system is the dominant.

anothe example is Albert Einstein who is a King of Science > however he needed a Jewish society to nuture him.

King like fruits are the final manifestation of the effort of the whole tree .

So King must never be seen in isolation but also the enviornment that created him.

Having said this I reaffirm my faith of " King also meaning pursuit of excellence.

So my request to please reconsider making this thread non sticky one if I have been able to convience you.

To support above argument .I had also like to quote some more example.

1. Kings come and go but the worker / soldier always remain to choose a new King . Example the Pharohs of Egypt have gone from this planet but the Egyptians stays on.

2. New kings are rising in our country who are the gift of their workers. The old kings have all disappeared . New political kings have been born thanks to the working class they represent such as Shri P S Badal /Mulayam singh/ Laloo yadav / Muslim leaders .

Technological Kings such as Sri Naryan Murthy of Infosys.

3. The endangered species of life today in jungle is the tiger who is going extinct every where.

In contrast The trees in jungle will always be there to serve any of the passing king.

Though I feel that this is only one part of story .To leave legacy in time you will have to be a king.

With love

Join a gym, start jogging and lift weights. Then start practising gatka or some martial arts. No one can help you grow thin but you, besides, it isn't thinness you want, which is unhealthy, but fitness. While you are doing these things you can jap Naam also. Intense exercise does wonders for concentration. : )

The following is better,

Chicken Biryani Indianfood - YouTube

If you use less butter and skinless meat you will have a great winter warmth and possibly lose weight if eaten in moderation.

Eat three meals a day and match to your level of activities. One is in control.

WAHEGURU RAAKHA...

This QUESTION is posed to those who "Kill as OFFERING/Sacrifice" to Their God.
SIKHS Never kill as sacrifice/offering..they kill for FOOD. The religions thta command such sacrificial killing are Jewish/and Islam...as wella s some sects of HINDUISM ( Kali maata/Devi Maata requires sacrificial blood and the THUGGH SECT used to do Human Sacrifice also).
SIKHS offer their own BODIES as SACRIFICE BY CHOICE and VOLUNTARILY.......never an animal who has no choice in the matter. EACH shaheed from Guru Arjun ji to the latest 1984 Darbar sahib Attack has CHOICE - die or desert...
This Shabd thus is asserting the GURMATT View on such SACRIFICIAL KILLINGS and is NOT about "meat as food " per se. The SGGS position on DIET is..AVOID Overindulgence/addiction/and consumption of ANYTHING that HARMS your body/upsets your body. Thus IF a person is ALLERGIC to PEANUTS..he should avoid peanuts..IF one is Lactose allergic..He should avoid MILK/Dairy products....IF Mah dee daal causes too much GAS or build up of acid/urea in a person he should avoid DAAL..etc etc..Very very Practical and Logical Viewpoint solidly backed even by MODERN SCIENCE.icecreammundaanimatedkhanda1swordfight
