    General Technical Adivice Sought

    I have P4 system [intel celeron 2.8Ghz,512 Mb RAM ]. There is always a problem in opening Audios and videos at Youtobe or other sites. It starts buffering, plays for 2/3 seconds and stops, rebuffers, plays again and stops. Can anyone advise as to how to rectify this.?
