Dear Kaur Ji,

 

One must continue with the Jaap, no matter whatever physical condition or state of mind is. On cannot be perfect right from the beginning. One must continue with the Jaap, rest will be taken care by 'The Sat'. There is always an element of 'Gurparsadi'.
