I just finished reading the entire write up and will need to read it again to draw answers to the questions you posted at the outset: Who am I? what is Manh? What is Pran?, what is Atma? and many such questions that interest me.  You have reflected on these questions in this write up but then there are multiple answers ( no unique answer) to these questions as they are from various sources and from your own interpretation.  Since you have spent considerable time and have much deeper understanding of the concepts to discuss; it will be beneficial for many if you can write a concise "abstract" or summary ( possible  a one or two -pager) based on your in-depth knowledge for others to develop some basic understanding of these foundational concepts that are key to understanding Gurbani.   Here are some snips from your write up that still do not tell me who is SUBJECT in these statements:1)  ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸੁਮੇਲ ਕਿਤਨਾ ਲਾਹੇਵੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹੀ ਜਾਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਪਾ ਪਛਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ:ਆਪ ਪਛਾਣੇ, ਸੋ ਸਭ ਗੁਣ ਜਾਣੇ। (ਪੰਨਾ 1056) ੇ ( here who is ਜੋ that is being referenced?)2) ਜਦ ਤਕ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਛਾਣਦੇ, ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਭਰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਾ।ਲੱਖ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਘੁੰਮੀਏ ਇਹ ਗਿਆਨ ਤਾਂ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਹੀ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ:ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ, ਬਿਨ ਆਪਾ ਚੀਨੇ, ਮਿਟੇ ਨਾ ਭਰਮ ਕੀ ਕਾਈ। … ਕਾਹੇ ਰੇ ਬਨ ਖੋਜਨ ਜਾਈ। (ਪੰਨਾ 684)( ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ who is being referred?)3) ਗੁਰਸ਼ਬਦ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਪਣੇ ਚੰਚਲ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਪੁੱਠੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਰੁਕ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਹਰ ਵਸਤ ਪਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ: ( who is this ਅਸੀਂ who is going to control Manh?)</blockquote>
