Arvind Singh ji,In my understanding this "influence" could be anything like misinformation, rumors etc. As already mentioned in the article, mata Sundri ji could not leave Delhi, so there is high possibility that true news could not have reached her. Under such conditions truth could only have been seen to be what everybody around her might be speaking at that time and the Mughals could have spread rumors in Delhi. The article also mentions that the letter could have been faked as well. Yes, there is a lot of propaganda in the Indian History and it is still continuing. There are many people who were made hereos through this propaganda and many other deserving heroes have been made to fade from the memory of people. You will be surprised that this propanda machine is so big that it has even mislead the educated Western society from years, in addition to misleading Indian society which was a comparatively easier task. Thanks for kind words! Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki fateh,-Akashdeep Singh
