Which were the BANIs recited at the time of AMRIT PAN by the Guru Sahib & the Punj Piyaras? Any exact reference please.

Japuji and Anand Sahib are the only two banis in the earliest references as given by Kesar Singh Chibber in Gurbilas in 1751 AD. Sukha Singh a granthi of Anandpur added Jaap Sahib in 1795 and Rattan Singh Bhangoo in1841 replaced Jaap Sahib with Chandi di Vaar and Swayyey with Chandi Charitar. A Nirmala Sant Bhoop Singh in 1811 added Chaupai. The current five Bains were suggested by Giani Gian Singh in 1882.
