USA Blain Amendments / Florida May Undo Its

Florida has a proposal on the ballot to undo its Blain Amendment. Blain Amendments were done in the 19th century by 30+ states. I think it ironic, and almost funny, that today's conservative Christians have forgotten US history, and are undoing what their forebears enacted.
