ਜਿਸੁ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਦੁਖੁ ਜਾਇ ਸਹਜ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਈਐ ॥
जिसु सिमरत दुखु जाइ सहज सुखु पाईऐ ॥
Jis simraṯ ḏukẖ jā▫e sahj sukẖ pā▫ī▫ai.
Remembering Him, suffering is removed, and celestial peace is obtained.

ਰੈਣਿ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਕਰ ਜੋੜਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਈਐ ॥੧॥
रैणि दिनसु कर जोड़ि हरि हरि धिआईऐ ॥१॥
Raiṇ ḏinas kar joṛ har har ḏẖi▫ā▫ī▫ai. ||1||
Night and day, with your palms pressed together, meditate on the Lord, Har, Har. ||1|| (Ang 398)

But in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy,
the noose of Death is cut, O Nanak, and one intuitively merges in celestial peace. ||2||10||
