I am wondering what is the difference  between prehistoric belief and practices of useless rituals and so called nam simran when practically my several attempts found it is useless. You yourselves says Nanak kai ghar keval naam  means in the house of nanak there is no useless rituals, supersitition but meaningful and innovative thoughts - divine virtues.
