Still no desire to howl, took the dogs out with Sian today for a 2 hour walk, in the glorious sunshine, wonderful!
Sian seems very different, almost like a different person, She is laughing again, everything seems quite 'normal', although there is some mess to be cleared up, we think maybe 6 months to come through it, mostly financial, my emotions seem to be coming back, twice now I have let my irritation show with customers, but then, both customers were a complete waste of time, so maybe its a defence filter for not wasting my time,
howling seems to be a distant memory, wolfish thoughts seems a distant memory, I think I am growing up
