This is a hard question to answer. You might want to do some preliminary research by visiting http://www.sikhsangeet.com and just look around. Not so much for downloads, but to see what is probably available at other sources. A lot depends on the raagi - because some really do stick to a narrow range of raags, and others have a wider interest.

Our very own SPNers..have one of the best collection of all 31 raags of SGGS in CD/DVD.
Its the Gurmat Gian Group from Gurmat Gyan Missionary College Ludhiana..the absolutley wonderful Bibian Doing Kirtan. This CD was released only recently...and Mahanbir Singh is our member.

The Gurmat Gian Group is at the top of my list. But they have not ever recorded raag soraath -- which would leave out some shabads.

A CD or DVD of all the raags is a hard one. Building a collection by one raagi at t time means the poster needs to know what is actually out and available for purchase.

Gurmat Gian Group recently released a new Album of 6 CDs. This album is a collection of Shabads in All the 31 Sudh Raags of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. All these shabads are sung in the Nirdharit Raags as mentioned in SGGS.
As per motto of Gurmat Gian Group effort has been directed towards Singing 'Gurbani in Raags' and Not 'Singing Raag in Gurbani' so as to keep Gurbani as main presentation. To what extent Gurpreet Kaur has been successful only Guru and Sangat knows.
Shabads are sung in many uncommon Taals like Jhumra, Matta, Rudra, Sool, Panch Savari, Champ Savan, Dhamar, Araha Char taal, Firodast along with routine taals.
We feel that the effort put in would be fruitful if a common person not very familiar with Raags is able to enjoy Gurbani Kirtan done by Gurmat Gian Group.

While checking, I found gurbani sung in raags by Dr. Gurnam Singh(Punjabi University) too but I'm not sure if any cds are available. I couldn't find any place to buy them.

A New Album ' Gauri Sagar ' is a collection of Shabads in All the forms of Raag Garui in Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji ....
Raag Gauri is the 3rd raag in the raag wise collection of Shabads in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Gauri has the largest number of compositions which covers about 14 per cent of the total number of pages of the Scripture. The compositions in this raag appear on a total of 196 pages from page numbers 151 to 347.
Including the Sudh Raag Gauri there are in total 12 forms of Raag Gauri. Like:
Gauri Bairagan, Gauri Guaraeree , Gauri Chaetee, Gauri Poorbi, , Gauri Deepki, Gauri Poorbi Deepki, Gauri Bhi Sorath Bi, Gauri Malwa, Gauri Maajh, Gauri Mala, Gauri Dakhnee.
