Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Sikh Sangat (JKSS), general secretary Janak Singh Rangar today rejected the statement by Dr Dhanwant Singh, chairperson, Kashmir Sikh Sangat in the media blaming chief minister Mufti Muhammad Sayeed for his apathetic attitude toward Kashmiri Sikhs and said that the statement is false and motivated.
