She is a person who does not prepare lecture notes from history books - she prefers to travel and study first-hand before delivering talk that aim at spreading awareness of Sikh history and culture among people of Sikh origin overseas.
But that is not her first love. Ms Jasleen Kandhari, a specialist of "Asian Collections" at the British Library in London, has undertaken a study that will lead to documentation of Sikh art and culture with the objective of preserving it for posterity.
