I have been reading Shri Japuji Saheb and came across this lines

Bhariye Hath Pair Tan Deh

Pani Dhote Utras Kheh

Moot Paliti Kaparr Hoye

De Sabun Laiye Oh Dhoye

Bhariye Mat Papan Ke Sang

Oh Dhope Naven Ke Rang

I do understand what it says from a translation online

but my question is

How do we Take "Naam" according to Shri Guru Granth Sahebji?
