spnadmin ji I perhaps did no state it clearly. I am not suggesting change but that the technology could evolve which will only enhance Kirpan, the sheath as well as the Gatra. Nothing more and nothing less. If Sikh Rehat Maryada 300 years from now so chose not to allow it, that will be so fine too.
