Kindly opt for the under-mentioned poll considering the following points: .

 

• Should      Government regulate the cohabition of unmarried couples? Yes! The Govt      should regulate because the Govt is created by the people, for the people      and so the Govt is duty bound to look in to the interest of the public.
• In a      constitutional democracy this question should be decided by the      electrorate. Yes! Because in democracy the people has right to cast their      mandate and so it should be decided by the electorate. With the decisions      of the people, the Govt will be successful in formulate policies those are      beneficial for the people and to them they consider useful for them.
• In as      secular democracy the government should play no role. Cohabition is a      private matter. ------No doubt the intercourse is a private matter but the      policies for the benefit of the people can be framed only then if the Govt      will know the view points of the public. Yes!  So, The Govt’s role in this direction should be considered      in democracy.
• Any      regulation of cohabitation by government should be guided by majority      religious sentiments. ---Yes the religious sentiments should be considered      by the Govt.
• Cohabition      should be protected by laws that uphold the fundamental right to privacy.      Yes! Because though Cohabition is the fundamental right but to avoid the      misuse of it the protection of law is necessary.
• Cohabitation      should be banned, it undermines core social values, including loyalty to      family----Intercourse should be banned, this point differs from person to      person but should not be banned, it undermines core social value,      including loyalty to family----this opinion differs person to person.
• Cohabition      should be banned., it undermines core religious values found in nearly      every society. ---- Intercourse should be banned it undermines core      religious values, it opinion differs from person to person.
