God has never sent any messengers nor he will send any , on the earth , but what He has done is , sent human beings with brain . If you go back to the very beginning of the history you will find that , the very motive of the humans have been to create an organized and civilized society. And , from time to time , those few of them who were intellectually competent , they introduced concepts like God , Sin , Punishment. This was all done to just have an organized and civilized society .
