Not every body who feels like it can go line up in front of the Catholic priest and demand the sacrament...( IN Malaysia we had a scandal some time ago when two Muslims supposedly underground detectives doing investigation work on Christians converting Muslims (which is a CRIME by law here) who went and had the Blessed sacrament placed on their tongues - pretending to be catholics...and then spat it out when outside the Church...they were observed and unmasked...hence the scandal..
