I am new to the path of Sikhism, but as I read more and more about it it seems as though I have always followed the philosophy with my heart. I have talked to my family about Sikhism and my views (the members of my family are all Christian) yet, most of them have been very encouraging. They're actually trying to encourage me to go to Gurdwara!

I'm really nervous about going to Gurdwara for the first time, but I'll save that for another thread, as I have so many questions. I'm just excited that my family is accepting of my choice, for the most part.

Anyways, I'm a 20 year old college student. I am studying to be a special education teacher
