I have very carefully gone thru. the post as above. Yes, sikhs may need a different Act. But that would be possible only after constitutional amndment is effected. Sikhs are not treated as an entity different from the Hindus. This is the status well known to all concerned. The first step that these dummy-officials of SGPC can take is to get sikhs classified on the basis of religion. This should be done after the parliaments brings about the amendment to the constitution. But who will bell the Cat? :whisling::8-
