Display of IP addresses from which one visits a website for whatever purpose, when mapped with originating location enables one to know the identity. Recently, my friends used to know the originating locations of mails (including yahoo), just from the headers. I missed to know that part though. If someone interested, I can initiate the talk with them again. Just to be ensure ourselves that mail is not coming from some bogus identity.
