Kanwardeep jiI personally remain uncertain on the question of US withdrawal from Afghanistan. The letter appears to be a recommendation that the US withdraw. What is the alternative proposal? That is the part I am not getting in this letter. He remarks that a nonmilitary solution worked? What he describes is inscrutable and sounds more like economic coercion -- something the World Bank is famous for. Or is he recommending a Pashtun state for Pathans? I am not getting it.
