Practical Naam Simran

WJKK WJKF,

I was wondering if somebody can share her/his experience in Naam simran who has been matured into these stages already.
He/she can explain the difficulties which they faced and the stages which they encountered.

He/She can describe the mystical feeling they got. or so.

The experience which i got so far by daily naam simran are "having pain in forehead between eyes and above nose" , " able to make focus for large time " ( large time means 10-15 minutes continuously, i guess ).

I would really appreciate if someone has actually PRACTICALLY faced some of the advancements in this journey and has something to tell us.

This will be really help to everyone!

Practical Naam Daan Ishnaan- as in Guru nanak Jis teaching is actually HARD HONEST LABOUR ( Guru Nanak ji was a FARMER..and He ploughed his fileds, watered them, cut the grass for his animals etc) SHARE the fruits of that honest labour and LIVE the LIFE as EXAMPLARY SIKH...NEVER FORGETTING WAHEGURU.
