This is an interesting situation and brings up a point. Many people from both Canada and the U.S. go on medical trips to India to get various procedures done. there are some escellent doctors and surgeons in India. How ironic this man from India is worried that he would not get good care. Is it a matter of finances, or is there more to all this than meets the eye?
