Chandigarh, Aug 3 : Punjab Medical Education and Research Minister Tikshan Sud today criticised Union Information and Broadcasting Minister P R Dass Munshi for "denigrating the judiciary" by raising "a question mark on the judgment of the TADA Court in the case of Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt".
