Chandigarh, Aug 14 (IANS) Fulfilling its much-awaited promise to provide atta (wheat flour) and dal (pulses) at highly subsidised rates to poor families to help them beat inflation, the Punjab government will Wednesday formally launch a scheme on the occasion of Independence Day.
