Patiala, May 28 (IANS) The Punjab vigilance bureau Monday questioned former chief minister Amarinder Singh of the Congress for over seven hours in connection with a Rs.30 billion ($740 million) corruption case relating to construction of the sprawling Ludhiana City Centre.
