Pause will come with understanding of Gurbani. As you continue on this path and pursue meanings of Shabads / words, you will know when to pause ?

There are forced pause - for example Rahao || end of Line ||

There are pauses inbetween sentence - can be one pause or more depends on your understanding of Gurbani.
