Like the title says, I am looking for relevant passages in Sikh scripture with regards to dealing with superstitions and mental sickness. I know that Guru Nanak in particular condemned religious superstitions (as well as casteism, et cetera) but I am more interested in finding quotations dealing with the subject matter of debilitating fears and so on. I guess the conceptual paradigm of mental illness might not have existed in the time of the Gurus, but we moderns are not so different that mental issues couldn't conceivably be addressed in SGGS or other books, right? Thanks for the help!
