The SGPC is in a fix following rejection and withdrawal of dossier on the Golden Temple from UNESCO even as the Sikh Gurdwara Judicial Commission (SGJC) has served a notice on Bibi Jagir Kaur and Mr Kirpal Singh Badungar, President and former chief of the Shiromani Committee respectively, and 23 other members, here today.
