Accusing Akal Takht Jathedar Joginder Singh Vedanti of working under SAD President Parkash Singh Badal's diktats, SAD(A) President Simranjit Singh Mann today said a Sikh conclave would soon be called to review the "wrong and dictatorial" decisions of Vedanti.
