This year my brother is preparing for mca entrance test of guru gobind
indraprastha university.one of the institute of this university is run by delhi sikh gurudwara committee so it has reservation for sikh students.if my brother is not able to get admission through general seats then he wants to
apply against these reserved seats.for this he has submit sikh minority certificate from competent.so i want to know which sikh authority has power to issue this certificate.if anybody has any information regarding this issue
