AS SPECULATION mounts over who the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Parkash Singh Badal would chose as the new Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) president, one thing is certain, whoever will take over on September 23 will have his/her hands full.
Badal has called a meeting of his group tomorrow to decide on the candidate for the coveted post. In habit of keeping others guessing till the last moment, Badal hasn't given a hint as to who among Bibi Jagir Kaur, Kirpal Singh Badungar, Manjit Singh Calcutta, Kabal Singh, Jagdev Singh Talwandi and Gurpal Singh, whose names are doing the rounds, would be the chosen one.
