Gurmat does not find any need for Kundalini Yoga for Salvation yet Akal can salvage them.

Gurmat is Raj Yoga.In this Live Normal life and consider whole universe as Akal.Serve Universe that is worship of Akal but do not forget Akal and all actions of your are not your own but of Akal.

Yoga means union with Akal and Raj means the greatest or King of all.Gurmat ie understanding Gurbani and puting it in life is Raj Yoga.Akal Bless.
