I am working 16 hours again in an effort to get some sleep, as if I do not work so much, the nightmares and the insomnia come back, I had just managed to get to sleep at midnight last night when the boys started to howl, Bran could smell Rorys foot and seemed stressed, in the end they both howled until Sian went downstairs and sat with them for a while,
I am grumpy no question about that, but I have bared my soul to my wife and this is now a time of full disclosure, so we have a clean sheet, I have nothing to hide, there are no lies between us, not even in my thoughts, its a good place to start.
