Respectfully japjisahibjiI have checked 3 translations other than that of Sant Sikh Kahlsa and none of them treat this as other than the story of Sulhi Khan, gone to attack Guru Arjan Dev and foiled in his plans. This is followed by a message of hukam and thanks to divine protection.My own reading of the shabad goes in that direction as well.But I do thank you for taking the time to explain your way to understanding the shabad. That is very helpful
