What we perceive as everything is more of the 'form' or sirgun aspect of creation.The creator is manifest in both nirgun and sirgun and this is what helps determine our dualities.To actually understand and feel or get the intuition about this, personally I have found that deep meditation and simran has helped .meI feel that, when one can focus just on the nothingness and the One lord by meditating, then it soon becomes apparent that the nothingness is infact everything.Understanding this helps to understand and conquer the dualities that exist.
