As a woman I’ve been sexually harassed in the Gurdwarra by gyanis and also regular visitors. Sexism is Rife in Gurdwarras and in BS Punjabi culture. I’d be pretty vigilant turning up to a gurwarra late at night when there aren’t many people there.I believe that the Gurduwarra is Primarily meant for the poor and hungry, however regular folk are also welcome.As for any race being welcome, the racism and uncomfortable stares of BS Punjabi cultured visitors and gyanis has made darned sure that most people of Any race, most certainly do not feel welcome In a Gurwarra.
