ITS their "FOLLOWERS" who spread their religions....GURU NANAK WALKED THE TALK...from Punjab to Arabia...Punjab to Bengal/Assam//Punjab to Sri lanka...South East Asia....Punjab to the Tips of the Himalayan mountians/Tibet/Ladakh/Maan sarovar Lake...every square mile of the then known WORLD. The ONLY prophet to have travelled so widely...to spread the Divine Message of Human Brotherhood..to uplift the downtrodden..to declare So Kion mandah akheeyeah jit jammeh Rajaan..why calll her lowly who gives birth to KINGS.... Guur nanak ji spread His OWN RELIGION..GURMATT by Personal EXAMPLE !!
