Unfortunately we take the meanings of the Gurbani words literally and stop there rather than delving deeper into it which is the whole purpose of Gurbani.Allow me to think aloud on this.1. Why would the Omnipresent Ik Ong Kaar want us to remember The Source? It defeats the purpose of omnipresence.Only doing good-Seva- is the true Simran as mentioned earlier.RegardsTejwant Singh
