Why Do You Waste Your Life In Hatred, Vengeance And Conflict?

2 things that come to mind...

1. we feels these emotions and never question them...they take us a long for a ride...and we think nothing of it...we're human...this is us...we wouldn't be human if we didn't feel these emotions...
2. Guru Ji, wants us to recognize these emotions, become aware of them, as they manifest, during their wrath and afterwards...when the storm calms..

Both are crucial...number 2 is that stage we want to get to...to recognize and question...

to recognize and observe and question the things at play in creation... to contemplate

The theives are not who we are. They're what bind us to staying human.

Gurbani says that practicing Truth Transforms humans into angels without delay.

Recognizing these negative emotions as false and temporal, felt only in attachment to the khel, we understand that we are Not maya, we are Truth.
