Yes. My understanding is that ਬਿਚਾਰ is a verb (ਬਿਚਾਰੁ is a noun). So something is to be contemplated, which then eradicates duality. Only Fareed Kote gets this part correct.

If it's something to be contemplated as a path to God then it must be spiritual knowledge. Hence the four vedas.
