Zen & UnZen Moments...Who Are You Calling Yo-Yo...?
We all have had our Zen moments in our lives.
When we are young we are more creative, get engaged in fearless things. We become risk takers in some of our hobbies and in other activities where we take them to another level. Some become our professions.
Thanks to the Gurmat values through the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, our only Guru, we have the above in our DNA with one extra advantage. Our values make us take everything a step further, and a step further.....
This is the Sikhi journey and we find ourselves fortunate to be on this "Gravy-Train", the former we use it as Seva during our stops.
Being Sikhs, learners, seekers, we also fall down many a times but are taught to dust off, learn from these events and run as fast as we can to catch the railings of the Gurmat Gravy-Train to carry on our journey.
This is the true essence of Sikhi. At every train stop, we get off and sow the seeds of all kinds of goodness that others can reap from. We as Sikhs plant the seeds, not for us to savour their fruits but for the future generations.
The Ted Video shown here is for us to take this a bit further…. In a Sikhi manner.
Please share with us:
1. How old were you when you had any kind of Zen moment like the Yo- Yo guy in the video?
2. What did you do with it?
3. How many Zen moments have you gathered in your life from the time you remember?
4. If some have become the parts of your life, then we are all ears eagerly want to know: What, Why, How and many other questions?
5. How about The UnZen moments? How many can you remember and what they were?
6. How were you able to tackle them and more important learn from them?
7. Were you able to change some of these UnZen into Zen moments? If yes, how?
8. What advice from them would you like to share which can also make us better like you?
