Btw GURUMUKHI as meant to be "From the Mouth of the Guru" is a misnomer..the HUMAN TONGUE cannot issue SCRIPTS/WRITTEN works..the TONGUE issues SOUNDS/spoken !! This one misguided claim has alienated so many non-Sikh speakers/writers/and lovers of PUNJABI and its rightful script Gurmukhi. The fact is that GURU Nnanak ji used this script and GURU ANGAD SAHIB STANDARDISED it so that all Gurbani would be standard in script. The Sikh Guurs never "invented" this script or laid claim for having done so. It has pre-existed the Sikh Gurus by a few CENTURIES...
