Isa de janam to 500 saala pehle Greek Giani Heraclitus ne aakhya " koi vi cheez atal nahi haigi parivartan hunda hai " Unhane aakhya " tusi do vaari ik hi nad 'ch pair nahi rakh sakde ho , kyonki hor vi paani vahinda rehnda hai...


In 500 B.C. the Greek philosopher Heraclitus said, "Nothing is permanent but change." He also said, "You cannot step twice into the same river, for other waters are always flowing in."
