I am thankful to you for providing the considerable thought about Sham preachers. Yeah it is really a fantastic song that actually the events those have been wiped out from our mind it got memorized. Consider about the empire is in Sonia’s hand and the opposition mate have got a great set back. Manmohan Singh came forward without left front support. Yeah it is worth mentioning that the nephew of Bal Thackeray had shown his real worth in the elections. Yeah Makkad’s yes man policies has provided him chair for the fifth time. Rahul Ganhi played political game by taking food from slum dwellers, it is worth mentioning that after seventeen years of the demolition of Babri Masjid the case has came out from the slumbers, it is really a great point that how much will be the scams of big fishes, the Koda’s scam is in millions. One can’t solve the problems of life, what type of era it is. It is really an embarrassing situation for the Sham preachers, a song sung by Babbu Maan has great thoughts. Really we have not cared about the moral values, that’s why the humans have gone low to lower. We can’t find charm on anybody’s face, it looks as the termite has attacked on everybody’s health. The common man has fed up Due to corruption, inflation and slump.
So, dear Babbu Maan kindly highlight those factors as well.

The Gurus told us not too argue over controversial issues and leave it to the individual conscience. Things like Meat v Vege etc issue and many other issues are best left to the individual and are not taboo as these Jatha/Sant Deray claim. They only seek to create bogeymen out of people over such issues, so as to swell their own numbers.

We as Sikhs must always be wary of people who seek to cause division over such issues.

Well said. In our ambition to be the first to find or please Guru or getting ,we try to play any trick in whichever way we can.
Apart from basics, day-to-day decisions may be left to individual. Then only we can really follow the saying:" Religioous beliefs do not change" and we can stick to it .

The Sant babeh choose to sing Kachi Bani called Dhaarnaas...two liner Jingles similar to Advertising on TV/Radio....becasue their ROOTS lie in Hinduism ratehr than based on SGGS.
I frequently hear what is named Bhagtee Sangeet on Doordarshan TV..and the Bhajans the Hindus sing about their Mai chintpoorni and shivji etc with dholki channehs, waja, and chamtas SOUND SIMILAR TO the Sant Dhadrianwala...just go on repeating a TWO LINER JINGLE while the shadhaloos bang away at the Chamtas and dholkis !!
I dont balem the Hindus as they ahev to DEPEND on such kavitas/jingles as their "sacred texts" are in Sanskrit....BUT what to say about our Dhadranwallahs and Rarrehwallahs...they THROW ASIDE SACRED GURBANI..AMRIT FROM SACH KHAND..to pick up CHEAP JINGLES !!!

And a Latest CRAZE that has hit our DHADEES TYpes of parcharaks..they SHOUT at the TOP of their voices..like the GAGGU GILL of Punjabi Films used to do...Chittarran taan ZOR Lagakeh ringganna.....no more the sweet lilting Dhadee Tunes and sweet Voices perfectly in tune that relate Sikh history....what a travesty..ITS NOT the SOUND LEVEL/DECIBELS that count..its the SUBSTANCE !!

A person who has taken "Khnadey Batte dee Pahul " ( the word Amrit for this ceremony is a Nirmala/udasi sabotage as the thinking/assertion that reading some mantras over a liquid transforms it into a magical potion is hindu based and NOT Gurmatt which is ACTION based- ALL Records and manuscripts of the Guru Period write this ceremony as PAHUL..as in Peevoh PAHUL Khandedhaar hoveh janam suhela...waho whao Gobind Singh apeh Gur Chela - the ONE and ONLY AMRIT is in GURBANI of SGGS - nowhere else)...from AKAL TAKHAT...SGPC..SINGH SABHA GURDWARAS...Takhats. Gurdwaras all over the world..ALWAYS just say we are AMRITDHAREES.
On the contrary ALL those who ever take this from a SANT BABA..never fail to mention..I Took "amrit" from Sant baba Dhadrianwaalah ..or from sant baba rarrewallah ..from Tapoban/AKJ Singhs...blah blah blah ji..AND these so called "amritdharees" DONT BELONG TO the KHALSA PANTH..they all belong to their own SANT BABA !! they treat their own "Mahapurash" as HIGHER..as Brahmgyani..as the Saviour..not SGGS !!

2. The "FIGURES"of the Mahapurshs vis a vis the "amritdharees" they created are FICTION. IF we ADD UP ALL the Amrtidharees each baba has created in the past 50 yeras the TOTAL easily EXCEEDS the Population of INDIA....while the Kaurra Sach..Bitter TRUTH is that Dastardharees are hardly seen in nay numbers in PUNJAB..let alone dominating INDIA !! Most of the dastarwallahs are also Dastardharee HINDUS becasue they often viist Hindu Mandirs have tilaks perform aartees and break coconuts and have HAVANS simultaneously as visiting Gurdwaras and having Akhand Paaths etc...their feet are in THREE BOATS..Boat One Hinduism..oiat Two baba Ji..Boat three and smallest one--SGGS..

I do agree with you Gyani ji.

Even in sikhs we have classifications that can be thought of as 'Sahajdharis' [who have not taken Amrit] and 'cut surds'. May be these are not sikhs as per rehat maryada but they are better than the above kind of 'Amritdharis' that you have stated as they have full faith in Dhan Sri Guru Granth sahib and do follow the edicts contained therein. We have many sindhi communities in India who also believe in Guru Granth sahib ji but they do not call themselves as sikhs.

Baba Tarmela ji [PMKC]has opened up a self styled academy for Gurbani teachings and it offers four years integrated course in Gurmat and and claims to make Brahmgyanis after the end of the course.It is quite surprising that a person in human body can offer a course in Brahmgyan. I could not make out anything from the way it was told by my friend [in internet discussion].

I think the bottom line for any sikh is primarily the belief in Dhan Sri Guru Granth sahib ji only as a Guru, nay, eternal Guru.

As an add on , in a recently televised program on Shiv Ratri, One swami ji had stated that Shiva was the Aad-Yogi, Aad Purukh i.e Kartar. Funny as to how Hindu God and Goddesses try to take over the Kartar/Karta Purukh
