3) Natural Gift of God. Kesh indicates a Sikhs acceptance of God’s will.

If there is no hair that all energy will be distracted so hair helps to control and stimulate that energy in a proper way to go deep in divine."

The final tenth Guru, in order of identity and oppression's incomings, formed the Khalsa.
The turban and hair, both hand in hand, are part of this identity. It is a great commitment of Sikh faith to wear the turban and keep ones hair. But the claimant Holy Sikh's have started to prioritise this highly above, in idolatry status, than other things in their daily lives. Even God, by putting more time into their fashionable looks of their turban, and spending less time in meditation or prayer to God.

In a hukanmnama issued after Vaisakhi of 1698 AD Guru Gobind Singh asked all Sikhs to come keeping hair for next Vaisakhi. In Vaisakhi 1699 according to Bhatt Wahis Guru Nanak asked Sikhs to wear Kada, Kangha, Kesgi, kirpan and Kuchha and to keep hair. This shows the importance of hair where two other kakaars kesgi and kangha relate to kesh. Bani and Bana are two important element to be a Singh. Guru Granth Sahib is the spiritual guide (bani) of the Sikhs while rehatnamas based on Guru Gobind Singh's edicts are instructions for bana. Those who want to be Singhs should at least follow Bani of Sri Guru Granth Sahib and bana as per edicts of Sri Guru Gobind Singh.
