Medical Exams and Kakars

For fellow amritdhari sisters, how do you manage kakars during medical exams?

Such as for MRI, what happens with your kirpan?
Or pelvic exams, your kachera goes where, do you fully take it off or on the side?
Or let's say, any surgery happens, anesthesia was given, and di you tell them before hand? And bychance, something happens to kakars like taken off, then what?

I was blessed with amrit recently, but for future exams am unsure what will happen or what I should do with my kakars?

It is my opinion that if any of the 5 kakars may be taken off due a valid reason e.g. medicals, security, safety etc, then one should abide by those. Examples: An airport travel requires the kirpan to be removed.

Kakars are not a command for Sikhs.
They were meant only for Khalsa fauj as an Army dress for distinction and challenge to whole negative forces of the world, because a Turbaned Sikh (khalsa) can't hide himself no matter where he goes.
