I have realised there is more to me than this very tiny struggle, something so small and without consequence has taken over my life, I have given up writing about my dogs, the jokes in the shop, my dying range rover, my wonderful stepson, wife, parents, brother, and the more I write about it, the more it takes over my life.
The howling will always be there, I cannot stop it, to do so is futile and a waste of time and energy, the key is to be happy, and to assist Creation.
I am more than a howler, I may as well write and keep a record of how many times I go to the toilet in a day!
Sometimes I howl, sometimes I do not, time to move on.
