Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal!
Dear all and Surinder Jee!

Quote "Who want to sacrifice their Guru, can they!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is it possible????????"
These are my words from the post #17 of this thread.
"God is present everywhere. He appears as the true Guru rarely. Ignorant feel they can print Him and distribute Him or build Him with bricks.
I have come across some who are holding fast anger, hate and ego claiming that their Guru is everywhere. They do not want to sacrifice Him by any chance."

I try to explain it again. Some people claim that they see their Guru everywhere and in everything. They are but filled with anger and hate. They seem sticking with those like they have found their Guru whom they do not want to sacrifice.

This is right that Gur of the true Guru destroys ego and He sings.
myry siqgurw hau quDu ivthu kurbwxu ]

I want to know what happens with those whose ego is brave but they are singing these borrowed word from the true Guru.

This is wonderful. Gurdev is singing.

Ego is sacrificed of your servants whom Hari Naam dearly loved.

My curiosity is to know what happens with those who are in love with the income through a building called Gurdwaaraa.
One receives the true Gur (Sat Gur) through Gurdev not through a building.
Hari Naam is also found and realized within.

Thanks for the wonderful Vaak from Gurdev.
qUM jugu jugu eyko sdw sdw qUM eyko jI qUM inhclu krqw soeI ]

Gurdev is singing this Vaak in praise of the stable Attribute where nothing is moving. Gurdev is not praising here a building and its stability.

They recognize the mind of a preacher when it shows deficiencies in seekers and tries to convince them why they do not get Darshan.
A preacher's mind is but not capable to transfer anyone true wisdom of Naam.

Thanks for the wonderful references from the true Gurus. An exchange of views may be possible when your understanding of those Vaaks is also expressed.
My understanding is not for those who are helping Baabaas writing new translations for their earnings.

Those who are running business in a building called Gurdwaaraa may have to live many cycles of Joonies to find the Door opened by the true Guroo within.

I do not think that we have Private Gurudwaras owned by individuals or group of individuals. Atleast, in Idia this is not the case.

|| SIREE RAAG, THIRD MEHL:
The Lord of the Universe is the Treasure of Excellence;
His limits cannot be found.
He is not obtained by mouthing mere words,
but by rooting out ego from within.
Meeting the True Guru, one is permeated
forever with the Fear of God,
who Himself comes to dwell within the mind. || 1 ||
O Siblings of Destiny, one who becomes
Gurmukh and understands this is very rare.
To act without understanding is to lose the treasure of this human life. || 1 ||Pause ||
Those who have tasted it, enjoy its flavor;
without tasting it, they wander in doubt, lost and deceived.
The True Name is the Ambrosial Nectar; no one can describe it.
Drinking it in, one becomes honorable, absorbed in the Perfect Word of the Shabad. || 2 ||
He Himself gives, and then we receive.
Nothing else can be done. The Gift is in the Hands of the Great Giver.
At the Guru.s Door, in the Gurdwara, it is received.
Whatever He does, comes to pass. All act according to His Will. || 3||
The Naam, the Name of the Lord, is abstinence, truthfulness,
and self-restraint. Without the Name, no one becomes pure.
Through perfect good fortune, the Naam comes to abide within the mind.
Through the Shabad, we merge into Him.
O Nanak, one who lives in intuitive peace and poise,
imbued with the Lord.s Love, obtains the Glorious Praises of the Lord. || 4 || 17 ||

Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal!
Dear all and Sikh80 Jee!

Referring the quote from Balbir Singh "Those who are running business in a building called Gurdwaaraa may have to live many cycles of Joonies to find the Door opened by the true Guroo within."
Sikh80 Jee wrote "I do not think that we have Private Gurudwaras owned by individuals or group of individuals. Atleast, in Idia this is not the case."
Do some believe that no transaction of money takes place in Gurdwaaraas? Are there two types of Gurdwaaraas, run by public and run by private persons?

Naam serves there where neither temple nor mosque is.

It is interesting, observing lost preachers. They are saying that Naam serves in a building called Gurdwaaraa.

The bounty is in the hands of the Giver. It is received at the Door of the Guroo.

Since then they are building houses calling Door of the Guroo (Gurdwaaraa). The number of the Doors is increasing, also the quantity of the Guroo. The business of the religion is flourishing.

You are the living temples of God in which the Light of God is effulgent to enable you to contact Him. This Light and Sound principle is reverberating in the temple of your body.

In the Shabad there is light giving rise to music:
Sit steadily in the cave of the mind and then shalt thou witness
the sounding fire within. (Asa Mehla 5)

The self-existing Music is eternal and continuous,
Be ye saturated in the ineffable sweetness of the Sound Current.

To me it appears that balbir ji is an apostle of knowledge and humility. His knowledge has to be channelised to better use for the benefit Of sangat.

Who says we only get those degrees in educational institutions? Surely any of God's knowers can have never gotten a formal education and still match the knowledge of a Giaanee.

Sikh80 ji

I don't have an answer. Most respected Balbir ji may not want to be channelised. Balbir ji is a free spirit.

That seems to be your point, Balbir veer ji, in nearly all that you say. You are an independent thinker. You challenge established ideas. Sometimes it has a good effect; other times it causes an uproar. But we can handle that.
